開催地の選定、欧州クラブとの交流機会の創出などに加え、国内キャンプ実施の際との費用の差額を負担することも検討。開幕を控える欧州リーグのクラブが集結するオーストリア、スイスなどでの開催を想定し、今夏には視察団も派遣する見通しだ。
Jリーグが欧州の新拠点として設立した英ロンドンオフィスが今年から稼働。クラブの海外遠征アレンジ、選手移籍のサポート、ヨーロッパクラブへの日本企業の協賛支援などを行う方針を打ち出している。
