　今大会は、暑さ対策として試合の開始時間を午前と夕方に分ける「2部制」を拡大。4試合日の一部日程に導入し、6、7、9、10日が対象となる。

　開会式は初めて夕方開催とし、5日午後4時に開始する。午後5時半から開幕試合の1試合を行う。
